The price was not as much as it is today. Quality could have been an A because I wouldn't have kept using them if it wasn't. They were good, they are true today as they were before.

service man called a few minutes before arrival, and arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem as a failed fan motor, and proceeded to repair. Service was great, but price seemed excessive!

We have two old heat pumps that are ready to be replaced. Northpoint has serviced both 5-6 times over the last 3 years. We have found their trechnicians to be prompt and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the problems and answer questions, and do not pressure you to go right to a new system. They diagnosed a leak in one of the coils and replaced it at $1200. Another coil is leaking and we chose to refill knowing really could not tell how long freon would last. At this point we decided to make plans to replace this unit and are in the process of getting quotes, including one from Northpoint. Overall very satisfied with their service and honesty in approach. Seem to be a bit higher priced that some competitors but maybe you get what you pay for.

They did fine. They did our home inspection and because they were familiar with I went ahead and used them for doing some preventive maintenance's getting ready for summer and winter. Price wise there may be others that might be better. They were very receptive and professional.

Today, they removed the pier--though they had absolutely no obligation to do so. In the process, they went way out of their way and did so at some considerable effort. They would take no payment. I highly recommend their services to anyone!!

He told me it would be $89 for a service call, so he came and looked at my unit and then ended up charging me over $300 for the service call. I called them and asked why the bill was so high and he said it was because he ended up sending a second person out since the first person he sent wasn't capable of inspecting the unit. They also told me just to check the freon was $175 extra, in addition to the $89 service call. Checking the freon should have been included in the service call without having to pay extra. They didn't even fix my unit. This was just to check the unit. After I called and talked to him, he at least lowered the price from over $300 down to $275.

Heat was not working. Service technician came out on time. Did a thorough check. Explained what he did . Did not replace anything that was not needed to be replaced. Made some suggestions about the overall condition of the heating unit. Made suggestions about something to try next time that might not require a service call next time, but if it did not work might indicate another problem that needed to be investigated.

I called Northpoint at 3:45pm because it was 80 degrees in our home a day before the temperature was due to spike to 109. The office checked to see when they might be available. I was expecting to get out fans to make it until the next morning. She said she could have someone here between 5pm-7pm. Right at 5pm our doorbell rang and the gentleman was here!! Not only did he proptly fix our problem, he handled our dogs like a true pro!

They installed the original system that came with the house when we purchased it. We just decided since they were familiar with the equipment to continue to use their services.They also have a good reputation. They have repaired the equipment when it froze up during an ice storm. They come out semiannual to do an inspection. They check the filters, and the pressure. They check to see if there are any leaks. They do a good job.

They did a very good job, are professional and did a good job of consulting. We have kind of a unique situation where we have a four level home so we need a system that will handle the different zones and everything. They did a nice job of assessing what we actually needed then recommending a system that would be best for us. I will use them again in the future.
