Nilo and his crew were very conscientious, attending to the most minute detail. Our house is quite vertical- and required extremely tall ladders and ability to make certain that the job was done not only professionally, but also safely. The team is personable, honest, and Nilo explains openly the why's and wherefores certain choices were made. We have searched for a while to find someone who would take on the paint/repair job and a glad we selected Nilo Crespo. We hope to use him for more work.

Nilo gave an estimate and when I agreed, we set a time for the work to begin. They came at the agreed upon time and determined what materials would be needed. They went and purchased the needed materials and began work. The work was done in a couple of days. Some hidden damage was discovered and we agreed upon an additional amount to make these repairs. The quality of the repairs was excellent. All wood was primed and caulked and every attempt was made to match existing molding etc.
