I had some siding falling from the front of my house due to Hurricane Sandy wind damage (yes, here in Columbia) with nails sticking out, right where trick or treaters would be walking. My husband tried to tack it back up, but didn't have a ladder tall enough to do so. I called on Tuesday and spoke with a very nice man who said he lived less than 5 minutes away, couldn't make it by then, but would come first thing in the morning (Wed 10/31), so I gave him several phone numbers, my address and directions. I didn't hear from him, so I called again Wed at 12:30pm. He said he'd be by around 6pm (I told him that would be trick or treat time in a busy neighborhood and he was okay with it). That's the last I ever heard. I realize my job was very small, but I would have sincerely appreciated a and quot;no thank youand quot; instead of a yes with a no show. We duck taped the siding to the house so it wouldn't fall on small children, and now the search is back on.

Their prices were very good for the service. I was recommended to them by word of mouth.
