They were referred to me but I did not like them. I really didn't care for their service. It was about a year ago, so they could have improved since then. He didn't charge me anything because he said he couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle. You're not going to take your vehicle to someone and there's nothing wrong with it. I took it to him because he is one of the people that my vehicle's warranty says I have to take it to. There was something wrong with it. There are times when I jump in it and it won't do anything. I told him something was draining my battery and I didn't know what it was. He said he couldn't find anything wrong. Later on, I took it to someone else. The other person said it was just minor. The battery cable was loose, which is what was draining the battery. Something as simple as that, Mr. Transmission couldn't detect it. I haven't had any trouble with it since. The person that I talked with was very nice. He did respond. It stayed with them for awhile. He said each time they started the truck, it would start. They were punctual. Then he told me to come and get it, nothing was wrong with it.

The entire team at Mr. Transmission were very helpful and accomadating. They allowed me to review the transmission while it was out on the bench and talk to the mechanic doing the work. I have had no problems and they offer a free transmission oil change after one year as a part of their service. I witnessed their interaction with other customers and was impressed on how they treat people. I would recommend and return to this business again.

Did not go well... the car was brought to them to determine why the battery was being drained. There were times when the vehicle would not start and jumper(battery) cables were used. It was determined that this auto service (Mr. Transmission) could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. ( I would not have wasted time taking the vehicle to them if there was not a problem), however, there was no charge but the problem persisted.

The vehicle was taken to someone else who discovered that the battery post were loose and needed to be tighten. Their reply was that the problem was minor could have been easily remedied by Mr. Transmission... If they has taken the time to check!

I was impressed with the attention to detail. I was shown what needed to be done and why. The price was acceptable for the service offered. There was an issue with a part that was bad even though it was brand new. Additionally, there was another issue contributing to the transmission problems that was very difficult to find as it was intermittent. Bud Trapp at Mr. Transmission worked with us until the problems were all isolated and repaired. It turned out the car had to go back twice for failure of newly installed parts. He never changed the price, simply communicated with us well and resolved the issues under the original quote. He is getting all my transmission work from here on out.
