He's an individual and he was recommended by a large company. I had water damage last year and this company had to come and repair floor boards and put in rugs and so forth. I figured that since I was getting new rugs, I might as well paint the interior and they recommended Randy. He evidently does work for companies. I was real pleased with him. I like individuals because when I do a company, they usually charge a lot more. Sometimes if they have to come from far away they charge one for mileage and that type of things. If it's one person, they wouldn't have a whole lot of people to come and make a big mess. An individual is better then a company sometimes. His price was very reasonable. I would use him again. In fact, I've recommended him to others.
