When you leave a job not fixed in bad weather as this was done and say you don't care,we do not want to refer them to no one as this can put people in a compromising position. I do not want them around any of our properties again and I am glad that this angies list evaluation came up today so others can be aware of the experience that we had with them. We paid them a lot of money when we first used them,but we seen services,attitude and prices get worse over the time and we paid them well,but someone else is getting the thousands of dollars now. We do not fix heating and air so we are not in competition with them.No doubt they will rebuttle to try to make things look a certain way,but i have the tenants email as well as mine also.This was very unprofessional. I see their truck from time to time,but i go the other way,Thanks
