The entire experience was a nightmare to say the least. Not only did they steal our repair fund, they illegally accepted rent 15-20 days late AFTER they were fired by the owners! The reason they accepted the rent so late without any legal right to, I know why they did it, in order to keep 1/2 the rent! I would never wish this shoddy company on my worst enemy. And if you are looking to rent, stay away from these people, they are terrible and unprofessional!!!
Month after month, they never returned calls or emails and they were very unprofessional, and even to the point of being nasty and cruel!
They are thee worst, disobeying the law and taking advantage of both the tenants and property owners!
DO YOURSELF A BIGGG FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
They never checked the tenant's credit ( or they did and lied to me)and now I am stuck with someone who doesn't pay rent!
