Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting in Columbia

My father in law Wayne requested that Maaco paint the front bumper and new aftermarket grill. They wrote on the service order "front end" which doesn't include the grill and then charged him an additional $40.00 to paint the grill. There was a scratch on the quarter panel that was supposed to be fixed but was painted over instead. When Wayne complained about the scratch not being fixed just painted over they finally repaired the scratch and repainted it. They fixed all the holes in the rear bumper but 1 which is the size of a pinky finger and refuse to fix it without an additional charge. They were shown some overspray on the frame under the rear bumper and refuse to repair it. He was told the car would be ready in 4 working days and as of today they have had it over 8 working days. Took an hour and a half to schedule the work to be done. 1 person was in the office and it is tough to get your phone call answered. He called the corporate office in PA and is awaiting a return call this Monday.
