Low Country's Best Heating & Cooling

This is the worse company ever I will not recommend to anyone. 2 different technicians came out to my home on 7 different times 1 name Henry claim he was the manger to fix my heat and Here it is a month later I still have no heat. Henry the so call manger stated to me he didn't know what's was wrong with my unit but he will continue to try and not let the unit bet him..he left not telling me anything so I called him to see if he was coming back he stated yes here it is 2days later no HENRY. This is so sad when I stated to him I have a 78 yr.old mother in the home and I needed heat..this company is just sorry and 210 should be ashame to use this company. Just plain and simple sorry Henry the so call manger!

He trouble shot a problem on my AC that my regular people would have tried to bypass and just sell me a new unit.  It took a couple of days of trouble shooting to find the problem and he did finally.  He even created a workaround to keep the AC going while he worked on the heat part of the unit.  He even told me that the previous place I used was where he used to work, and that they trained them more on sales than actual HVAC repair.  He’s the kind of guy you want to save his number because he’s a rare find.
