My experience with Ledford's has been that they are honest, thorough, and responsive. Termite companies can vary widely in their quality because many companies are quite large and have many inspectors. Ledford's keeps it small so they maintain consistent high quality work.

I have used Ledford's for two years and am extremely happy with their courteous service and professionalism.  They are alway on time and recommend using products with less harsh chemicals.  The staff is very friendly and always calls to remind me of their appointments, specially since their 6-month maintenance appointments are scheduled well in advance.
They are also very flexible with re-scheduling if needed.
Anytime I have an issue, I just call them and they do a service call with no extra charge.  I truly recommend using Ledford's as you will get to know them and appreciate their personal service.
Their costs are fair and their quality is much better than the many companies that try to wheel in customer by cheap pricing but with less quality work.
Ledford's came recommended by the realtor who assisted me in my home buying and I know see why she uses them herself.

Mike from Ledford has provided several quotes for us, most of which on a house we chose not to purchase, but his level of detail, attentiveness, and kindess has left us thinking - why use anyone else. So, when we needed to address something found on our new home's inspection report we called them up. He was prompt in getting over to provide an estimate (and had actually done the portion of the inspection that found this issue - which was also well done). They knocked the job out quickly after closing and there hasn't been an issue since.

Customer friendly,  Service is awesome, and their pricing is reasonable and fair.

I have a termite bond on my house and I've used them for about two years. The reason I am happy with them is because they keep coming out because of the termite bond. I didn't have to pay anything for the last visit. I talked to the owner of the company first hand. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. They come in hours, not days. They do a lot of structural work and I would never know they are there. They are going to be my termite service for the future.

Ledford's saved us because when we got a contract on our house, the buyer's contractor, Terminex, came to do a termite inspection.  They claimed there was damage under the house.  Ledford came to our house, said they didn't believe the joints needed support, but they were willing to put in sister joints under the home to make the buyer & buyer's agent feel better.  They stood by their work & put in sister joints AT NO EXTRA COST TO US!!  I truly believe that there was no need for the sister joints, that the buyer's contractor (Who, by the way, did not show up when asked to come and point out the damage he supposedly found!) was just looking for something.  But Ledford put in additional support anyway to prove they stood by their word and their work.  They did the work that very day.  Wow, what professionalism. Thank you Ledford's!

It was fine.  They were on time and they completed their work professionally.  I have tried to contact them since then to get a question answered but I haven’t received a response.  They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and what they were treating.  Their price was very much in the ballpark.

What they have done has been effective, and we have been very pleased with them. They are very courteous, and we like their price and quality. We would rate them highly.
