They could have better service techs. I asked the guy who came and cleaned my pool to take the timers and they don't seem to know how. The guy who came yesterday was scared of frogs so I had to get the frogs out. Otherwise, everything is good.

This experience was horrible. After I picked out a liner with a border across the top and paid $1400 for it, they came in Decemeber and drained my pool. I called them in late Feb because they never came back to finish, saying that cold weather and staff illness was the cause. When they finally did get started, the owner told me that they do things differently in the south than they do in chicago, where I'm from, so I'd have to go easy on them. That set the mood for the horror that followed. I have an older pool so one of the tiles that secures the liner popped off. They charged me an additional 250$ to fix that and I STILL had to make them come out 4 more times to readjust the liner because the border was sagging and it looked horrible. The guy that came to fix it said it was a bad deal for him because it costs him money each time he comes back. The owner also completely left out the part about sealing the liner with caulk because, according to him, "I knew you didnt have much money". My liner is now just a little over a year old and it looks terrible terrible terrible! Its still sagging and seems to be getting worse! PLEASE DO NOT USE LANIER POOLS!!! They are untrustworthy, will do work based on what they THINK you might be able to pay, and will not follow up! I wish I had never used these people and I tell everyone who's looking to avoid this company!

The job was done but the gentleman was generally insulting. He kind of made you feel stupid for not knowing more about the filter and the pool.
