Hello, Sir this is the owner of the company, I have taken the time off the field to be able to have an immediate response to your review. We strive for perfection but unfortunately God did not make us perfect and we have our flaws. We are very apologetic about this situation and would also love to sit down with you and your wife to resolve any misunderstanding, I can assure you that it was not our company that committed a mistake . The review stated we preform a service which we did not , also stated you selected time frames but we did not receive the information, the information that was received was your address, contact number and email. We tried calling you on several occasions to get more details but you did not respond or return any of our phone calls . We also have proof from angiest list that you did not selected any time frames, I urge you to look into therefore the mistake could have came from you or the website where you purchase the package. When the purchase is made, we receive authorization to come out and do a roof tune up at that point. If we don't get time frames is hard for us to get a 2 day contact required by angiest list, especially if you d not return phone calls. Once we run into a situation like this we take action to ensure quick response and turn around, you bought the package so as I stated Angies list give us a 2 day turn around to make contact with a client. If I cant reach a client via phone we make a physical visit to ensure we do not have a client waiting on us to because we have maybe received the wrong information. We strive for perfection at my company so the meaning of our visit was to ensure your property was safe from any water intrusion and to do our job correctly diagnosing what was the issue with your roof identifying if the tune up was going to enough to solve your issues. we have completed over 700 roof repairs in 2016 and over 400 roof replacements in the Columbia / Lexington area and have never had an issue with a client with how we operate but I believe in improvement for me and my crew members and its defiantly going to be a learning experience .I'm a family man, husband, and father of 5 children so we do not treat clients as redhead stepchildren take it from a man that have 2 step daughters which I love, care and have provided for them since early age. We are caring providers with very hard working crew members, fulfilled of Cristian families that care for our clients ,people and the community, which it has embraced us due to our hard work, loyalty and professionalism. we thank you for your review ... the big deal price you purchase through Angies list only cover 20 squares , unfortunately you have to pay for the extra square footage since your house was larger than what the package covers . After you purchased the package we contacted you and had an initial consultation explaining you about the square footage extra payment prior of doing repairs .
