Kingsley came to help after Hurricane Ida, and I'm so glad they did!! Not only did they remove all the water damaged debris, but they actually helped me understand the entire process of what what to expect during the claims process, and what to start doing ahead of time. Kingsley's crew is absolutely AMAZING!! They're super professional from the owner down to the newest hire(although his Office Manager may be my favorite). They were courteous always asking please and thank you. They called me Ma'am even after I told them they didn't have to. They arrived promptly and I was one of the first houses to be gutted in my neighborhood, thanks to them. Any paperwork I've needed for insurance was sent almost instantly, every single time. We would highly recommend them and WILL be one of our first phone calls, if ever needed again.

On August 29,2021 Hurricane Ida tore through our home town making her presence known to all! Because of her we had water damage to our home and needed a mitigation company. I consider myself LUCKY & BLESSED to have found Kingsley Restoration Company! Because of them we were able to get back into our home quickly and feel safe knowing that the job was done professionally. To Mike, Kendria (office manager) and the workers, thank you for treating us with professionalism, respect and compassion! From day one to even days after the completion of the job they were there to help with any and all questions we may have had. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! They were 3 people came out and they're very nice, did an excellent job, they knew what they were doing and I was just so grateful. They documented their works so well and our insurance company paid them. They understood the matter that the insurance company could read what they did and pay them, they knew how to do it well.

It was fast and efficient. They were informative, they tried to be helpful, and showed up during weekend.

ABSOLUTE BEST! Mike and his team are incredible! We had a water leak in our bathroom that unfortunately leaked into our master closet. Once we noticed it, there was mold growing up the wall, and the water was pushing up under the laminate flooring. I am so thankful that Mike came out immediately to assess the damage and set up a plan to remove the drywall and flooring and start clearing the mold and drying out the closet. His crew was so friendly, respectful and knowledgeable! I had several questions about what they were doing and how it all worked and they answered them all. When they left the first day, I was surprised at how clean the area was. They made sure to take all of the trash and left nothing behind except the equipment needed to dry out the water and purify the air. Each subsequent visit was just as great and the guys were in and out; just coming in to check the progress and making sure everything was running good. Now that the process is complete, we can use our closet again with no fear of the mold coming back. You've found your guy! You can stop searching now. As a property owner living on the other side of the country, it's hard for me to find quality contractors to work with when things go wrong at my rental property in Eastover, SC. I hit the jackpot finding Mike - he has been THE BEST. Mike was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The tenant was unable to show (without notice) for one of the days we had set, yet Mike was understanding and did not give me any grief about the inconvenience. He worked with the tenant directly and handled the situation in an expedient manner. Mike kept me in the loop via text/photos from start to finish. Need other contractors outside of this scope? Ask Mike. He referred me to a flooring company that has been awesome. I can assure you that you won't regret hiring Kingsley LLC for your water/mold mitigation needs!
