I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Jim Dunlap and the folks who work for him! If you offered an AAA rating, he would definitely deserve it. They always come when they say they will. Everyone is extremely nice & polite. The work they did was perfect. In fact, when they installed the garbage disposal, he was not satisfied with the product because it made so much noise. He went back to the supplier, got another one, came back & installed it, felt that it still made too much noise, and went back & got a third one from the supplier. This one worked well.

He arrived exactly when he said that he would both times, so that my project schedule was not disrupted. I thought that his price was quite reasonable.

I like that he explained the procedure before he did it. I feel that the prices that he charges are in line for his service. He is straight forward and gets right to work.
