This was the second -- and biggest -- job we had Clay do for us, and we couldn't be happier. He did an excellent job of removing three old wooden box posts, replacing them with synthetic colonial posts, and tying the new posts into our existing porch railing. There were no "surprise" charges when the work was done, and the curb appeal of our home has increased tremendously!

Clay did a great job repairing the rotting door frame around my backyard exterior door. 3 months later and the quality and appearance are still excellent.

Everything went great! Clay was here within about 2hrs and proceeded to do an excellent job fixing my fan. He went above and beyond by replacing some bad screws and redid the assembly that holds the fan to the ceiling for a secure and safe fit. It now works great and the wobble is gone! Additionally, Clay is just a really nice guy, charges fair prices and is a total professional. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and I will most definitely give him a call if/when any other issues arise for which I need help around the house.

Everything went great. I had to reschedule some work due to unexpected events, but Clay was very accommodating. He was also very professional in responding to my inquiries in a timely fashion and communicating with me to be sure he understood exactly what I needed to have done. He arrived on time and prepared and ready to start my projects. Clay takes great care in what he does and doesn’t take shortcuts, and the final product reflects that care. I am beyond pleased with the work he’s done for me.

Jim Dandy has done many jobs both inside and outside my house. He always arrives on time and is very professional. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the completed work. He is the only handyman I would consider hiring because of the excellent work he does. Highly recommend him.

Clay did an outstanding job. This particular project did not lend itself to replacing the patio door with a hung/framed door. Changing out the door slab only can be very tricky. Clay made it seem easy. Starting with the blank slab, he cut all of the door knob holes, hinge insets etc. The new door works as well or even better than the original door. Clay also did a perfect install of the new doggie door. Professional and punctual. Quality work in every respect. If you have a project for Clay, plan ahead a bit...Clay is busy for a good reason!

Clay was amazing and didn’t compromise his quality of work by taking his time. His fair pricing was what got him hired but his quality and detail of work will make me hire him every time I need something outside of my comfort zone done around the house!

His work was excellent. He hung a door into a metal frame. The door had to be cut on the bottom to make it fit. He travels with all the tools necessary to do the job. Some blinds had to be hung and door closures replaced. He checked a spot light which was not working. The bulbs could not be replaced because I did not have extra bulbs. Two shades had to be hung outside but the weather was so hot that I decided to put it off for another visit. He does provide an estimate for the work upfront.. He is very reasonable for the work he does and the time spent. He is a perfectionist in what he does which is something one does not see anymore plus he knows what he is doing. I strongly recommend him and have already started on my Fall list. He does get back with you and shows up on time.

It went great. Clay was responsive to my initial inquiry, I sent the requested information, and he got back to me within a day to schedule when he could come by. He provided an initial estimate too prior to coming over which was appreciated. When Clay got there, I was relieved because he is just one of those people that you know you can trust when you meet them. He is a really nice guy. The finished product was EXCELLENT. He had to get a little creative because how damaged everything was, but he did so and did GREAT. I guess it took him a little less time than he thought because he actually reduced the initial fee he quoted me. Things like that just don't happen anymore! High character guy and great work - I'll never use another handyman!
