We were in need of an over the range microwave since our microwave of 24 years had finally quit. After checking with Angie's lIst and having purchased from Jeffers-McGill on numerous occasions we made the trip to their showroom on Saturday 11-8-2014.We met Rick Abercrombie who showed us through the microwaves in inventory as well as recommendations he could order. Upon our decision on buying the stainless steel with sensor microwave we checked to find out when it would be available for installation, since our microwave was no longer working. To our surprise he said he could have it Monday and after checking with the installer could have it installed on Monday as well. Well that was all we needed to hear. We paid for the microwave and installation and went home.
Now, 11-16-2014.
Only having the GE and quot;over the rangeand quot; microwave a week now my wife and I wish we had purchased it sooner. We didn't
realize how much easier cooking could be however we knew how old our other microwave wave was and how much
technology has changed. The sensor feature on the microwave is outstanding. It knows when the food is ready
by detecting the amount of moisture in the air. The reheat button takes all of the thinking/guessing out of
the equation of when the food is hot enough. And, the food always comes out moist, not dried out. The stainless
steel is easy to clean and compliments the rest of our kitchen. My wife says it has made her life easier and
cooking more fun. So we rate it a and quot;Best Buy.and quot;

Originally contacted Prestige Appliance for the items in our new kitchen. The quotes were basically the same except when it came to the installation charges. When I asked Prestige to match or beat the quote from Jeffers-McGill they actually got a little belligerent with me and asked me to produce a written quote. Totally happy with my experience.

Right price, prompt delivery, friendly owners and employees.

Bought a washer from them. Bought it late Tuesday, got it delivered Thursday. No issues at all. Sales guy knew what he was talking about and the delivery guys were very careful. They took extra care with my old washer that was leaking and even hooked my dryer back up. Couldn't get the washer I wanted at a big box store so ended up here, but I will use them again if something comes up with another appliance

They have refused to take full responsibility for the damage that they caused.

Sales person was very professional and friendly. They also greet me at the door upon walking in and always go the extra mile to answer my questions.

The replacement range is too deep and did not have a cover plate that the other range did. It is also shorter in height. The guy that came out to install the range really struggled. He splintered the wood on my cabinet and did not even apologize. The dishwasher they put in also has serious issues regarding its kickplate - there is a large gap between the floor and the dishwasher. It also leaked very badly after installation. I called the owner and he was not sympathetic at all - he treated me like a dumb woman that did not have a legitimate concern.

We placed the order a year ago and took delivery a few months after that. We also got a built in coffee pot and it worked out great. We had a problem with the coffee pot and they contacted the company and we got a replacement. They were great to deal with.

Everything was perfect. They helped to coordinate the wood panel that was going on the front and even installed it for us. That alone probably saved us $100.00. They will also beat anyone's prices and have always given us excellent customer service. They did all of our original appliances when we built our home 8 years ago. We have done business with them on several occasions over the years. At one point our original dishwasher needed repair and my husband was deployed to Iraq. Even though this was an issues we should have gone through the manufacturer for, Jeffers-Mcgill Appliance and Furniture took care of everything and had a repairman out within the day. This is a family run company and I would highly recommend them.
