He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of my many questions. He was very frank with me and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work and the price. He charged his standard service fee and performed the work on the spot since it wasn't complicated and didn't require additional supplies that he didn't have in his truck. He was on time for the appointment, if not a few minutes early. When I first called him, I didn't get a return call for a week or so. He stated he had a lot of calls to go through after the storm and was attending to a sick friend. He does get a lot of clients. I would definitely recommend him for any roofing, window, or siding service. He was well recommended by a friend and I'm glad I went with him. He's a good guy.

David was very professional. Good to communicate and answer all my questions. David, the owner, personally got up on the roof to do the estimate, taking the time to fix a couple of issues until they could get out to do the work. David was personally onsite several times to inspect the progress of the work. Very happy with the results. You may pay a bit more, but you are getting a quality job that they will stand behind and last.

We needed siding and had received some estimates from a trade show.  We joined Angie's List, and when checking, recognized Home Wrappers and Davis Smith from a previous job, and requested an estimate from them.  Home Wrappers was certainly "within the ballpark", and based prior (excellent) experience, we went with David. 
The Home Wrappers team was 110% professional.  There was a slight delay in starting, as the summer temperatures were above 100 degrees and David did not want to risk his men's health, as the work was all outdoors, on ladders and the temperature was HOT.  The siding turned out excellent, and David had personal oversight for the completion.   All waste was removed and the house is the prettiest it's ever been.  Materials and workmanship both exceeded our expectations.

.The only hold up was the weather. The weather effects everything when doing this type of work. It throws everyone off, other jobs delay from weather run into your job. Be sure not to schedule around a trip. Once they started the crew worked like bee's to get what needed to be done on the roof. The roofing crew worked past 5:00pm to get the majority of the roof done in the same day. A second crew came the next day and did finish work and trim and the wrapping of the fascia boards. The wrapping took two days. Once they were finished it was a couple more days before they were able to come back to do the pillars. There were issues with the trailer they used to deliver,  so an extra day before the pillars got started. The pillars were installed in one day and then two days extra to paint them since they did not have a finish. Again the weather was not cooperative rain slowed the process a little but they completed the pillars and everything looks fantastic. After they were all done I went up on the roof to see what was done and it looks even better than I had envisioned it.

I have used Home Wrappers on previous projects and had good experiences. This one was no different.

David arrived on time review the job and provide a written quote. Later on the pre arranged date & time, the installers also arrived on time and were friendly yet professional. They finished my job quickly and did great job cleaning up any debris from the installation. The gutters look great and are doing the job.  

I gave them a "B" on price simply because I felt the cost was a little high but in honesty, I did not have another company quote this job.

I would recommend Home Wrappers and will call them again when I have another project.

David was courteous and punctual throughout our dealings. His price was on par with the other estimates I received, but I was impressed with the amount of detail he included in his quote, and his 10 year labor & workmanship warranty. He was very diligent about helping me pick out the shingles for my roof/house color, and he has accounts with all the major brands.
His workers were very thorough, removing not only the old shingles but all the felt, and making repairs as needed. I'm not a roofing expert, but he made a point of using "Starter Shingles" to insure seal & warranty,  and "proper Hip & Ridge caps" on Architectural Shingles. They also installed all new flashing, new pipe boots, and they cut & installed "shingle over" the vinyl ridge vent.
There was an issue with debris from my roof landing in my neighbors landscaping (the edge of my roof pretty much extends over her privacy fence, making this hard to avoid). I received a phone call from my very unhappy neighbor, at which point I phoned David. He agreed to meet me there first thing the next morning to speak with my neighbor and inspect the damage. David was very professional, and said exactly what you would want someone to say in that situation. He apologized, took responsibility for it, and promised to make everything right. True to his word, he had his guys clean up my neighbors yard that day, along with mine, and there wasn't so much as a piece of a shingle or a nail left behind. He also sent my neighbor 2 bottles of wine (in cobalt blue bottles to match the one on her bottle tree which broke), with a note promising to check back in the spring to see if any of her plantings needed to be replaced. My neighbor was very satisfied with his response, and so was I. A class act, all the way. I have no hesitation about recommending Home Wrappers to anyone needing a new roof.

I was VERY impressed with the services provided. Checked, repaired a few areas and leaks at the back of the house. He was extremely honest compared to other estimates and completed the work promptly. I would use them again and trust Home Wrappers completely!
