Hardwood Flooring & More

Went well. Had to stay off floors for a week. Fortunately has a travel trailer in the yard to stay in while the floors cured.

Mel was great. He did a fantastic job! When we had new furniture delivered and they scratched the floors, Mel responded within a day to access the damage.

It was great! They were professional and punctual. The floors are beautiful now without a scratch to be seen. The color is perfect.

Job done professionally.
Went to great care to limit the amount of dust.
Finish product looks fantastic.
Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Second time that I have used Mel and Shawn

Mel and his stepson did an excellent job. They had to do more work than originally thought (sub flooring was shot) and this upped the cost a little bit over the original estimate but was completely legitimate. Mel worked with us to enable us to stay in the house while the work was being done. The work was performed on schedule and with the highest quality. I would certainly use Mel again for future flooring work.

I had removed 2 walls previously leaving large gaps in the flooring. Mel and his stepson came in and hooked me up by putting in beautiful walnut inserts. The floor looks great, they were punctual, quick, more than reasonably priced and genuinely nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is my 2nd time using Mel BisBee Company. Estimate was quick and the job went exactly as planned. His team was aware of my pets (usually a concern) and took extra care to make sure they stayed inside but away from the project.

Another "hardwood floor refinisher" started the project and the result was awful. they damaged the floors and the finish was very rough and uneven.

Mel with Hardwood Flooring and More, LLC came in advised me, helped me replace some boards and sanded and recoated all floors. They look great:).

Mel Bisbee is an absolute professional in every way!
