David Stephenson arrived on time when he said he would.  He was very knowledgeable about central cleaning systems.  It is a family operated business and I will use them in the future when needed.

When we built our house in 1984, I had H P Vacuflo install a Central Vacuum System.  I THINK I spent $800 then--it may have been less. Twenty-nine years later, it is the most significant and endearing thing I installed in our house.  I have only had the unit replaced once, and that was two-three years ago.  
Just this morning, my husband clogged up the unit (we are renovating a room, and he clogged it up with sheet rock dust.)  I called David and he was over here within fifteen minutes to unclog it.  The service charge was only $45, which to me is more than reasonable.  This is not the first time I've called with a clog problem (not as often as you might think--maybe a half-dozen calls over the twenty-nine year period) but they have never failed to immediately respond and come fix the problem.
I can't say enough good things about these people and about the system.  Vacuuming is actually FUN with this system.  It comes with separate attachments to vacuum rugs, hardwood floors, molding, furniture, etc.  I can't imagine a house without it.  I also can't say enough good things about David.  His dad installed the unit in 1984 and serviced it until he died.  David has continued the excellent service that his dad provided.
