 + -1 moreHe took my money and did not complete the work. I signed a contract on June 15 and he never did anything. He sent me an email saying he was going to return my money in the form of a certified check. I have yet to see that money or hear from him again. During that time I have had phone conversations and emails with him and he continued to say that I was next on the list. He also never called when he said he would and he kept putting me off. He kept giving me one excuse after another.
Description of Work: He was supposed to construct a patio cover.
