The appointment process was easy and quick.  The day of the appointment, I was notified that the part had not arrived so they would have to come the next day.  They arrived at the house the next day about 30 minutes after the appointment time.  The installation of the surge protector was very quick, maybe 15 minutes, and seemed out of line with the cost of $346.00 (the part was about $60).  The light fixture took over an hour and cost $100.
Overall the quality of the work was good, and they were friendly.  The cost was a little high and they were late arriving.

They kind of went back and finished the job from the first time.  They were quick.  I was able to reschedule pretty quickly.  They were reasonably priced.  The technician is really nice and very helpful.  There was some confusion and they were able to identify what the problem was & fixed it.

From start to finish, very professional, friendly, and helpful. The cost was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use this company again!

The quality of their work was good. We haven?t had any problems since the time they did the work for us.

The previous March, we had some strong winds come through and it brought down a tree in the backyard. It ripped the housing and all the cable, phone and electrical wires. My neighbors called me while I was at work and told me that everything was under control and that the concerned people would be there in an hour or so. I got home at 7.30 that night and no one had been there, so I had to get on the phone and called the concerned people and they said that it was the fourth call regarding this. They also said that someone was sent out and nothing seems to be wrong. Finally when the guy came out, he said that they must have gone to the wrong address, but then he gave me the bad news and said he could not touch it. He said that the housing came off my house I needed to take care of it before they do anything. Fortunately I found Gregory Electrical and they did the job for us. They were they only company that we could find at 3 in the morning to come and do the work.

They were on time, very quick, very clean & reasonably priced labor charges.

Purchased an older house from a person that wasn't a very honest individual. Had to get Gregory Electric over to do an estimate with the Seller's rude Real Estate agent present. They were more than polite during the entire experience regardless of her attitude. Made quite a few good suggestions and caught some things that the inspector nor I had noticed. Two days later they popped in, had all the repairs done within two days, kept the mess to a minimum, and kindly informed me an issue with the Forest Acres inspector (that was entirely not associated with electrical work, but instead the plumbing). And the guy had pretty blue eyes.

Estimate was midrange. Two employees worked the job. They were extremely unprofessional. Job lasted 1.5 days longer than planned and told them not to finish last project (new dedicated circuits for computer room). After doing the major work and turning on the power, there was a power surge to my refrigerator circuit and they ended up frying it. Other circuits in the house had no power. After another two hours of troubleshooting, they got things OK. But I had to buy new fridge (which they said they'd pay for). The transformer to the security system was fried too, and mysteriously the coffee pot didn't work in the morning. I will have to have another electrician come out to finish job and check their work.
