It is relatively convenient, I think their charges are about the same as competitors, I haven't had much business with them, but sometimes I have had brakes or tire service with them. I don't get the regular oil, I get the synthetic oil. They are rather nice, and pleasant, you can talk to them on phone, and they are reliable when they say bring in your car by so and so, and that it will be ready by a certain time. They are very good with their time table. They are not the cheapest.

When I take my car in they ask me if I'm going to wait or if I want to go home. If I want to go home they take me home and they call me before they do anything. They go over the car and they call me if there is anything extra to do besides what I've asked them to do. They also give me an estimate and then call me when the car is ready. They come, pick me up and take me there. They are very reasonable in their pricing and they'll give you discounts if there's any that apply to you. I've used them since 1976.

They are there to help you out so you can get the repairs when you need them. It's nice to know if you can hold off on a repair until it's really needed. My car battery died and I didn't have a way to jump it one time. They sent a guy out to jump my car so they could change the battery. They didn't have to do this, so it was nice. We will continue to take our cars here for repairs and tires. The approximate cost listed is for a typical oil change.
