We did some negotiating over the type of shingle to be used -- entirely content with our agreement. Mr. Goodwin and his crew came as promised -- completed the work in a day and a half. The repairs that were needed were done well and nicely. The cleanup was very good. Very pleased in all respects. Have recommended him to several neighbors.

Mr. Goodwin was the only person to trouble shoot my problem. My problem started with the dry rot in my sub floor and dry rot in the corners of my patio doors. The siding around my chimney and the flashing around my chimney was not correctly installed 17 years ago.

The new roof experience was a first for us, and I frankly expected it to be more chaotic, but, to my surprise, and great relief, it went exceptionally well! The four man crew was prompt, professional, polite and got to work right away, and, when finished for the day, and when the job was complete, they cleaned up thoroughly and quickly. Chris Goodwin returned our phone calls promptly and came to show us our shingle options as scheduled. He answered all of our questions, and I thank him for his patience while I took my time in choosing our color choices. (I did second and even third guess myself, so his patience was appreciated!) We were pleased that the four member crew are all local men whose work experience together resulted in a seamless experience for us, problem free and as stress-free as getting a new roof could possibly be! They are prompt, they responded quickly and did a good job because we needed a kind of rush as roof was leaking badly. We had to call him back once just because one pipe wasn't fixed correctly so he came out the next day and took care of that. Overall we were pleased with him and will probably use him again.

The leak was hard to find, so called Goodwin Roofers, the problem was found and repaired right away. He was punctual, professional, and price was reasonable. I will definitely use Goodwin again!

We had some mysterious leaks, and Chris did CSI-roofing.  We called at the beginning of the week, and he came the next day to give us an estimate.  He not only confirmed one leak problem, he pointed us in the right direction to solve another due to badly installed HVAC equipment. He came back 2 days later to do the work, fitting us in between larger jobs.  He arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and kept us informed of the things he was finding while up on the roof.  We think the sources of our problem have been identified and fixed, but if not, we will not hesitate to call him to take another shot at identifying all our problem points. We also plan to use him for additional roofing work when the time comes.
