I went to made and appt sept 15 2020 at best buy to have them install a front and back dash cam ..told the girl that set the appt it was front and back..Once i got to the appt he said they did not have time to put in the camera because it was two camera's ..I told him i told the girl he said nothing he can do there was just no way he could do it..I took off work to make this appt..Sorry way to run a business

The Geek Squad at Best Buy was great. They did a very good job and found the problem right away. They also gave me a really good deal on the replacement part and could have charged me more but didn't. They were very prompt in fixing it and I didn't have to wait long. I didn't have an appointment or anything and I just walked in and they took great care of me, so I'm very happy. The replacement part was originally $80 but he gave it to me for like $40 or something and it's been running fine ever since because they totally fixed the problem.
