All went well until I tried to return an unused towel bar, cost $34.92. Gateway would not honor the return even though they acknowledged that the purchase was on file in their system. Reason given, I must drive to their Lexington store (about 35 miles away). Now everytime I see that chrome towel bar in my garage I am reminded why I will not shop at Gateway again.

We purchased toilet, sink and v anity and shower and sink hardware. Representative recommended the appropriate items and the price was fair and reasonable. There was a problem with one of the items was missing in the shipment and the company responded quickly to get the item and settled with a fair price.

After being in the house for approximately one year, we had problems with the finish on our Newport Brass (antique nickel) faucet fixtures. Mr. Matthews put us in contact with the Newport Brass and they took very good care of us. I highly recommend using Gateway. I would rate our experience with Gateway as EXCELLENT!
