Five Points Salon

Hair was done perfectly and did not have to wait for my appointment.

Went to Marc at the recommendation of a friend.  He seemed very overpriced but I figured I'd give it a try since he came highly recommended. Well he cut my extremely short hair and charged me $35. I thought was high but I figured it was supposed to be more of a "high end" salon. Well 2 weeks later I went back for highlights - he gave me a slight trim and charged me $130.00!! Never in my life have I been charged that much.  Honestly, you can find my hair in a magazine under "very short". 
When he told me the price I was shocked, but I didn't want to make a scene because there were other customers at the register. So when I got home I emailed him, letting him know that I was not happy with the "highlights" (since I couldn't even see them!) and I felt like I had not gotten what I paid for.  My letter to him was nice, but I wanted to let him know how I felt.  Well you know what he said??? NOTHING!!! That's right, he didn't even have the courtesy to respond to me.   I even wrote him a second time asking for a response and still nothing.  
I would absolutely not recommend anyone go to him, unless you feel like getting poor service, an overpriced hair cut, terrible color and a hair dresser with a bad attitude.

They were so wonderful. It was absolutely marvelous. He could have charged me a lot more for the work he did as well. He could have exchanged me $300-$400 and I would have paid it cheerfully. He did just a terrific job. He was a nice guy.

Got full color and cut for 120--great deal. The Aveda color is my favorite, and they were excellent at application of it. The cut was great--and was included half off with color. Great service--very professional and detailed. They did a great job and I will be returning.

Everything was great. They were nice, but they weren't punctual and I had to wait. When I got there the girl had just gone on lunch and she didn't check her appointments. She was in to me, and I felt we had a good rapport, but the cut wasn't good and it ended up being short. It was like I go home and say I can't go out for two weeks until my hair grows back again.
