The roofers did a great job.  They were able to give us several options, and very knowledgeable when it came to dealing with homeowner's insurance claims. We had this job done from afar. They provided us with detailed photos after they completed their work. We also had our property manager verify that the job was properly completed.  I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a new roof in the Columbia, SC area.

Everything they said they would do, was done in an expeditious and courteous manner. They dealt with our insurance company, meeting with the adjuster etc. They explained everything that was being done and we are super-pleased with the out come of our new roof! They also have this referral deal, where, they give you $100 for anyone that you refer to them! This is one the best experience My husband and I have ever had with a contractor. We have referred them to my family and friends. Some of which are also getting new roofs too!

Company replaced the roof on our residence.  The roof looked good when they finished and at that time we were satified with the their work.  Thereafter, we experienced a leak around the chimney.  Company attempted to fix the problem and eventually damaged the chimney and refused to fix the damage they caused.  We attemped on numerous occasions to reach an amicable resolution with Matthew Lankford and the Company, however they were unwilling to repair the damage.  We eventually had no alternative but to bring a  suit against Matthew Lankford and Empire Roofing Claim Services in Magistate's Court for the damage.  The case was tried before a jury and the jury rendered a verdict in the amount of $3,275 against Empire Roofing Claim Services and it's owner, Matthew Lankford.  Matthew Lankford nor the Company has satisfied the judgment.

All work done in one day and area was cleaned up very well.

Our contact, Marco, was very helpful and professional.  Came to do the roof right away but, since they had two other big jobs going on, we had a third string team that did a very sloppy job.  Slices in screens  and roof still leaked.  Called Marco and they came back out and attempted to fix the roof again, still leaking.  Came out third time, big boss came and looked in our attic (first time any did this) and saw the leaks and had a team come out and fix the roof again.  Roof no longer leaking but, shingles do not look right and broke the side of one of one dromer.  Offered to fix dormer but, we just had somebody we knew could do the job.

They did a great job on the roof and for the price the insurance company paid.  Everything was done as they said and the workers completed the entire roof in one day.  I would definitely use them again.

This was the most painless home improvement I have ever experienced.  You should have no hesitation in using this company.  Our roof was completed in a day and a half.  Some of our neighbors used other companies and we saw some roof replacements take a week.
