EMPIRE DRY WALL AND CONSTRUCTION

Since then the job is still unfinished. The mud and tape has been a hassle to get completed. The sub-contractor who was supposed to finish the job showed up in late September after I had to badger Jerry on the phone to send him. The First week of December I had the third step completed and I am still waiting for the fourth and (hopefully) last step of smoothing the surface. The sub-contractor was surprised when we told him that since he came two months prior that the job was still unfinished. He left a bucket of mud (the plaster they use) and said he would be back. That was two weeks and several phone calls ago. Jerry keeps promising the job will get finished, but he never sends anyone. The cost was right, but I am averaging about a dozen phone calls to get each step corrected. Jerry offers a lot of excuses. I just want the job finished. The quality of the work is fine, but getting it done has been a pain. I can't imagine recommending this company to anyone.
