Horrible!! Complete lack of communication between supervisor and ground crew was unacceptable, resulting in delays, additional days I had to stay home from work, and--ultimately--a good deal of the work never being performed. The technicians were professional in terms of demeanor, which is why I gave a B on that item; however, they dinged up by walls a LOT in switching out switches/outlets etc. I've done that type of work numerous times before without causing such damage. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. Over the multiple visits, I would ask multiple times if X, Y and Z were to be performed that day. I would keep hearing 'yes', only to find out at the end of the day it could not be done because they had not brought the part. Then why would you say it would be done????? I instructed the service manager a number of times on the specific types of parts that were needed for the job (e.g., specific size dimmer switches, specific types of bulbs, etc), as did the insurance contractor, and yet they still brought the wrong parts. They were almost always late (if they showed up at all), and they felt it more of a priority to get to another job in the afternoons than completing what they had started at my house. So much of my life wasted on this company that I will never get back. If your contractor subs with them--run screaming in the opposite direction!!!
