They accomplished what they set out to do. They had to wait for a part that failed to arrive in time. The cost was a bit more than we desired, but not extremely painful.

We've used Drawdy's since building the house approx 27 years ago. They have installed several HVAC systems for us and continue to service them. Overall, I'm pleased with the work, responsiveness and pricing provided by Drawdy's. The technicians are friendly and courteous.

Arrived on time. Were very professional. Did the work in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the work and the company.

The old unit broke. Drawdy's people came and gave a quote a bit lower than two other competitors. I chose them, they've replaced the unit, it works fine for 5 month now.

On the coldest day of the winter, woke up to a furnace that was not heating at all - really needed heat in my home, just returning home from major surgery. Contacted several companies,was able to receive an appointment with Drawdy's within two hours after my phone call. Kevin was very professional from the time he arrived to conduct the assessment, throughout the installation of the inductor motor replacement. He even brought to my attention and recommended additional work that needed to be done. I purchased a new home in 2000, the return vent the builder installed was too small for the 3-ton unit in the attic. Ultimately, this was causing the unit to overheat and Kevin recommended having an additional return vent installed. Received an excellent quote and had the return vent installed a few days later. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Drawdy's and will be having them to install zone heating and cooling in my home along with a cost effective cooling and heating system in my sun room. Drawdy's is a very professional company and I highly recommend them to all customers seeking heating and cooling service. One last comment, was even more pleased about the military discount!

Drawdy's came within a few hours in the middle of the heat wave in years to check out my system. While I did not want to replace t, after we evaluated what we had (this is an older home and lots of different workers have done lots of Rube Goldberg-style "repairs" on things) it became apparent that we had to do this. They got the new unit in, quickly, and did it at what i thought was a fair price.

I thought that Drawdy's heating and Air Conditioning were very prompt and very honest. I did not the feeling that they were trying to sell us something that we didn't need, which is an issue we had with heating and air conditioning people in the past.

We chose them because of referral plus what we saw on the site.

I provided them with a set of specifications for the preferred heat pump units, along with the type of thermostats I wanted installed. Drawdy's provided an estimate that very same day that included a better version of the heat pumps I requested, along with a better version of the thermostats I requested, all within the price range I expected (Amazing!!!!).

Drawdy's installed the new heat pumps that very same weekend, and with a high degree of professionalism. I have worked with other heating and air companies in Columbia, SC (Kaminer and 2nd Wind), and they're not even in the same ball park as Drawdy's. Drawdy's may not advertise like the bigger companies in Columbia, SC, but they deliver a quality service that many companies fall well short of. I would highly recommend Drawdy's Heating and Air Conditioning to any of my friends and family.

We moved into a new house in 2010, and the former owners had Drawdy's listed as a company they'd used before. As we were new to the area, we took their recommendation, and are incredibly happy we did. We were having issues with our upstairs fan fan always running, while the downstairs did not ( We have 2 units, one for downstairs and one for Upstairs), and Drawdy's fixed in in 2010, and we got on their maintenance program, which was $150 a year for 2 visits, plus a specific discount on any services.

This year, I received a call from Drawdy's wanting to schedule the first visit, and I was able to get an appointment the very next day, without issue. The maintenance visits don't last but an hour, unless something is wrong. Dean from Drawdy's who we've used each time was on time, and he's a very professional guy, and very personable.

He asked how the repairs they made were doing, and about some other items he made some recommendations to me for other service work. We chatted for a few, he produced the invoice with any recommendations, and I had an email no latter than an hour after he left with an soft copy of the invoice.

Overall, we've been very happy with their maintenance program, and the staff that have come to our house have been great to have working with us.
