Our AC unit is getting old and probably should be replaced soon. John, the serviceman, was able to "boost" its performance a little bit. I won't get into the details, however, we're satisfied that he did what he could. We're now looking into installing a new geothermal system.

We were dealing with a much larger company with whom we had a service contract and were dismayed to hear them report on a routine inspection that our entire downstairs heating unit needed to be replaced. We contacted Dixie Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. They came promptly and were able to fix the problem easily and inexpensively. It turns out that the units functions perfectly. Since that time they have taken over our maintenance and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we have timely inspections. No "unexpected" catastrophic findings have been noted.
