Work was well done and thoughtful. Others consulted had bid the work on the premise that the entire floor would need to be demo'd. Dickert priced the work three ways and warned us that tiles might not be salvaged, but that he would do his best. And he did - and he was able to meet his lowest estimated price.
Based on this favorable experience, I called him when I had what I thought was a similar issue recently at a new residence. He came and looked and verified (at no cost) that I had no subfloor damage or moisture and that cosmetic work that I could do myself would solve my issue. Based on this, he seems to be a very honest guy who is not out to take advantage of customers.
Highly recommend.
