They were very good. This was the third car I bought from them. I usually go in and know what I want and they don't try to sell me something else. I do my research before I go. It's not a high pressure situation.

They're very good. They tell me how long it will take and it usually takes less then that.

.I'm very pleased with Dick Dyer Toyota. They do a good job. For a general service they were quick, clean and they don't try to sell you a lot of crap that you don't need. What I really liked and it has to do with previous services I had is that they're very quick to point out things that could cost you money but they would say "this is under warranty so don't worry about it" so I really like that.

Perhaps my all-time favorite yarns as told by auto repair tech. My wife takes car to DD after noticing that the floor vent is not displacing adequate heat. She is told by service tech that, and quot;this is a Toyota safety feature that keeps drivers from getting too comfortable while driving, and then falling asleep at the wheeland quot;.

Everyone was very friendly and kept me up to date on where we were in the appointment. The mechanic working on my car came out several times to tell me what he had found- concerns that might need to be addressed down the road. My car was cleaned up- and done on time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable- I would go back there if I needed car care locally.

They are efficient and the service guy talks to you and explains everything to you. It is easy to get an appointment and they have a nice waiting area. They are a little far out. The price is always too much. They did do some more major work for me. Dick Dyer did not add on.

They are excellent. They are very pleasant to deal with.

The brake job was unexpected, but justified. I deferred other recommendations for another day, and was not pressured on them.

Dyer has been taking care of my Avalon for years. It's dealer parts and labor rates, so no cost bargain, but they treat me and my cars well. I feel I get what I pay for, in terms of both the work done and the courtesy and professionalism.

It also helps that I can set appointments online and the waiting area has free guest wifi, coffee, and bottled water.

Chris Ayers usually manages my service, but all of the reps are good to work with. The only complaint is that the staff at the billing desk are sometimes more abrupt or slow to respond.

I like their service contract. They have good follow up service. They have good customer service.

They are very prompt. Because I bought the car from them, the tire rotation was free. They said it would take 45 minutes for each service and that is exactly how long it took so they were correct on their time estimate. Their waiting room is very comfortable. It is a very clean facility and it is brand new. They do a very good job on getting me in and out. The car was washed when I got it back. They were definitely professional. They are my exclusive car place.
