Would not respond to my repeated request for service. Has been requested 4 times over the past two days. Do not want to do business with these people.

"Thank you, for your response and concerns, sorry for any inconvenience. We did responded immediately to your request for service. Initially you said you would bring your vehicles to our facility to get service, in which would have been quickly service verse the mobile. Then you changed your mind, to the mobile service, which was fine for you to do but takes more time to receive service do to other individuals having appointments. We had individuals scheduled for the day you was requesting to receive service but we was waiting on them to confirm their appointment before we commit to providing services to you on that particular day.And also our last conversation we had I email you this back " We rather you give us a call to hammer out all of the details so we both can be on the same page. Contact us tomorrow at 803.736.7272 if you have a change of plans" We are very sorry for the lack of communication and also you did not receive service from us within the time frame that was convenient for you but we also feel that our business doesn't deserve an F. Thank You!"

Responded quickly to my call to request an appointment to get a detail. Offered to pick up and return vehicle after it was cleaned. Very good service, professional and courteous. I will use them again.

This service provider did not deliver services promised and paid for. I set up an appointment time and they did not come and when I called back and left a voice mail no one ever called me. At one point when I called the number provided it said the number had been disconnected. I emailed Angies List to intervene and/or refund my money but as of today I have not heard back from them either. I am pretty dissatisfied overall and have had two complete bombs from recommended providers.

The service provider was very poor. I scheduled two times for the service. The first time the detailer was "running behind" and so far behind that I had to reschedule. The second try was a complete failure. That's when the service provider told me they had personnel problems and had elected to "drop out" of the Angie's List offer.

Due to the Groupon and/or Living Social deals that they have, getting an appointment is difficult. They are VERY busy. I also do not recommend waiting for your car, as it can take many hours for them to complete the service. I had a basic (not the deluxe) car detail and it still took over 2 hours. The work was just ok. It looked as though they had missed vacuuming some spots in the back of the 2013 Ford Explorer. I might use them again if I wanted a detail.
