OK until we recently got a leak from bathroom in second floor. Plumber found polybutelene. I called on Tuesday and was told I'd get a call to schedule appointment. No call. Called again, got a call center, and the guy started to argue with me. Am supposed to get a call Monday to set up an appontment for Wednesday.

Wow! It was the most wonderful experience. I was trying to buy my home and Gary was so flexible with when to schedule the re-piping job. He was also so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me though this process. After closing Val, the tech, arrived on time, very professional, friendly and he answered all my questions. Once the job was completed I couldn't even tell they were here! The walls were patched, mudded/sanded, painted...couldn't see a thing! I highly, highly recommend Delta Mechanical. Pleasure to work with!

I contacted Delta Mechanical on Monday, to obtain an estimate to remove the polybutylene pipe from my home and replace it. I received an immediate estimate, which was approximately $600 below other estimates. Additionally, they came out the very next day promptly at 8am as they stated, completed all of the work in 2 days, to include patching the drywall and repainting all the areas they had to repair at no extra charge.
The workmen were extremely professional, covering my hardwood floors, removing their shoes, and showing exceptional care for the home. They also explained all of their work in detail prior to performing it and walked us through the job once it was complete.
I would strongly recommend using this service for anyone requiring similar work in their homes.

They were neat and quiet. Dutch did the job himself in two and a half days. The walls look as good as new. He is an awesome guy and even left the used copper piping for me.
