We had a heavy rain and had water come into the house. This provider had repaired the roof in July and we are still having problems.

Wonderfully.  All was done as promised, when promised.  Foreman and crew were pleasant, efficient and worked hard.  Excellent service.  Roof is guaranteed  not to leak for 5 years!!

The roof looked fine from the ground but upon further inspection, we discovered that the architectural shingles were not properly installed which voids the thirty year warranty. We had an independent inspector look at the roof and he offered us a detailed report on the problems. Mr. Poole offered to redo the roof, but we didn't trust his men to come back and do a proper job. He said he would reinburse the amount that we had paid (2/3's of the total amount), but the payment has never come. He is not a man of his word and I wouldn't recommend his work to anyone.
