I have hired Dan Crawford on three occasions now. He is always prompt and professional. He is not the cheapest, but he is reasonably priced and fair.

Overall, Service was excellent.

Dan Crawford upfront went through the entire job with the two electricians who performed the work. They were pleasant, professional and hard working. All of this complicated work was accomplished in concert with a plumbing company that was doing extensive work at the same time. In addition, the electricians cheerfully accommodated us as we tried to get the house in order. Dan checked the work out to make sure it was done to our satisfaction and personally adjusted a few minor matters that we wanted changed.
Dan is available when you call him, knowledgeable, thorough and careful.

The owner was very responsive to my phone calls any time of day, His employees were always there when he said they would be. I would call the owner, Dan, and say we've got the tear down done and the new wall studs up. Can you come on Thursday? And his employees would show up 8:00 am on Thursday. The first task was to change out the service box and upgrade the panel. Then new recessed lighting was put in and those lights could be used while my friend and I did the next part of the our work. Next came installing the new boxes and wiring. Eventually we got the floor in and the drywall up and it was time to put in the switches, lights and outlets, If something didn't work quite right, Dan personally came out to oversee resolving the problem. There was a change in the people who started the project and the electricians who finished up. The second person didn't realize that same of the switches were two way switches and so that required correcting but when I called and told Dan of the problem, he and his workers were then on my schedule to fix it. I had used Crawford Electric for a small job the previous fall and was glad I had them do this much more complicated job for me. And now I love the lighting in my Kitchen and I can use the microwave without the circuit breaker shutting off the power!

He had previously hung a chandelier and done lighting work for me. If they say they are going to do something then they do it. This time around I had a question about something and they are going to come and fix it.

I had someone put up a fan for me once in the past and that wasn't an electrician and it wasn't done correctly. I called Crawford Electric this time and I was impressed with the guy. I spent about $75. There was a service fee and then to put it up. I thought it was fairly reasonable because it was a real big fan and it was not just a little ceiling fan. It took a considerable amount of time, a little bit more than installing a regular ceiling fan. It needed a little bit more expertise as well. I was pleased with the price. He was great. He cleaned up afterwards. He put a sheet over the sofa because it was right in the living room. I would call them again.
