Description of Work: rehab home, paint, repairs both inside and outside, tile, etc. Have used them in the past on several other homes from small jobs to pretty much overall rehab, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Pretty busy all the time and is why I put a B for responsiveness but they do good work and get the job done.

 + -1 moreI called for an estimate for work to be done on house. Person sent out was late. I was told that I would have an estimate for work to be done within 5 days (including weekend). Did not hear from rep until 3 weeks later when I was promised an estimate will definitely be sent within the week. Have not heard from company again.

 + 1 moreMike had a pre-inspection crew come out a survey he work. This helped reduce the time needed to complete the job. He also had different crew members working in different areas to further reduce the time needed to complete he work. During the process a vanity had to be removed (not in the initial contract) his crew removed it for us and disposed of it. The crew member finished the pipe work so that it was easy to hook up a temporary vanity. The crew members are very respectful to ask how the home owner wants the process to be complected. While I am pretty casual and really require formalities, the team members addressed me as Miss Lynn, Ma'am or Mrs...I found all of the team members very professional.
Description of Work: Prior to purchasing our house Corley Enterprises came out to repair floor joist and sub flooring. While the repairs were covered under the home warranty, Mike was able to complete the work at less cost than anticipated; he adjusted the bill accordingly. during the time Mike and his team were repairing the flooring, his team members were helpful in answering questions about future repairs and modification we wanted to do. Mike is also very accommodating when it comes to doing estimates. His estimates are fair and honest for the work he provides. We are so pleased with his work that we have referred other customers and continue to use his company for own home repairs. Mike's crew are hard workers and willing to go the extra mile.

 + -1 moreThe work was very well done. Mr. Corleys attention to detail and quality of work was excellent. However, during the work, his crew played loud music with crude lyrics. Also, they never returned to do final touch-up work. It is possible that this was the general contractors doing (Wadford Construction) and not Corley Enterprises as there are many unfinished details in our house, poor workmanship that was never fixed, our driveway is 3' short and our siding is falling off.
Description of Work: Mr. Corley painted most of the interior of our house.
