They were good. They installed a new furnace. They came out immediately to service me and are good at responding to calls in a timely fashion.

Gerald was here for 3 hours of which he mostly sitting in his car in the AC not working on our broken AC unit. Then he said that they would not work on mobile homes units. They he starts aruging with my husband and complaining that he had to go get more parts. He did not end up fixing anything. Then he hands us a bill for over $500.00 which I still don't know what for. Then he tells us that we need to buy a whole new AC unit for $6,000.  We called someone else so came out to look at it. When the second guy came out he said that we needed to buy a new AC unit but for only $3,000. I now tell everyone not to use this company. I have never seen anyone so unprofessional in my life.
