We were selling our home and the closing date was coming up soon. I called several carpet cleaning companies but was not able to schedule my cleaning because of such short notice (l week). I called Columbia Carpet Cleaners and got a call back very quickly, set up a time (I needed it done 3 days before closing, as I wanted to have all/most of my furnishings removed first and I needed to remove my pets). They came promptly and the owner worked to pull out the hoses and equipment while I was still moving around and packing. In fact, I felt so comfortable with him in my home, that I left to run some important errands and returned when he was done. It took several hours to do 4 bedrooms, 2 hallways, 2 huge walkin closets, and a great room. I was very surprised at how nice the carpet looked. I hadn't had it professionally cleaned in years and it was very flat and stained, but after the cleaning, it looked almost like new - all fluffy and very clean. We needed to stay off it for the evening to let it dry. We were even given vinyl shoe covers in case we needed to walk on it before it was completely dry. I am very pleased. If I need carpet cleaning in the future, I will definately call Columbia Carpet Cleaners, Inc.

"I checked my Quickbook records and I have not cleaned for this lady. The price is not out of line for a minimum price though, you get what you pay for. We clean for mainly of the high end residential customers, and offer professional service we do not play the low ball price, bait and switch game."

Quality of work is the best I have ever seen. I have both my own home and rental property to look after and have had many carpet cleaners; no other company (including some expensive national companies that I have used before) come even close to the job done by this company. Many times I have paid proportionately more for cleaning, only to think that it was almost a waste of money. This company does an amazing job! This last carpet had been abused by tenants and I was concerned if part of it could be salvaged. When the job was complete, the carpet looked brand new. Also, on a previous occasion, I had them clean a very old rug that probably had been collecting dust for over 50 years; came out looking beautiful! I can't say enough about this service.
