Real Estate Service
Brian Hunt was the listing agent for a house I made an offer to purchase. My offer was based on the MLS information provided by Mr. Hunt, however the information entered by Mr. Hunt was incorrect, and after my offer, I researched the Tax Records and found the house was 10 years older than the date Mr. Hunt put on the MLS listing. Mr. Hunt was contacted about this but was not willing to help.
