Most of the staff, including the sales person were good - responsive and customer-oriented. The finance person was a bit high-pressure. An employee in the accounting office was very helpful with a post-sale issue.

Nobody is perfect unless they give me the money back. I only use them for oil. Stay away from their new car prices and used cars and use them for service only. They were very good actually. Quality control and sales just like anything else are a little aggressive.

They always supply us with a matching loaner. I have a Lincoln and they give me a Lincoln to borrow. They don't have to do that. They supply it free of charge. It took about a day and a half to complete. The workers are awesome. My first impression is positive.

Mostly good. Financing business office took too much time due to much haggling and complicated extended warranty plans. Business Office not exactly straight with us from beginning. Some paperwork not done correctly and had to be completed over next few weeks.

We waited over 2 hours to talk to their financing folks. We were told and quot;2 minutes moreand quot; and it was over 2 hours. This was a management problem. Only one financing rep was on duty the day we went in. We even told them the time we would be in and gave them 24 hours notice.
Part of the deal was to put new tires on the truck. We were told to be there the next day at noon. We arrived at 11:45 only to find that all of the service folks go to lunch from 12-1. We waited over two hours again.
Very poorly managed.
The sales folks and the financing folks did great jobs. The management however was very poor.

Perhaps if I had taken the time to wear a suit and tie I would have received better service. Basically I somehow felt like my presence was an inconvenience to the employees. The truck was not ready when I came to sign the papers. They were not busy and sure were not rushing to help me. After and hour and half I was ready to leave and was assured I would be waited upon. Not. Week later the battery was dead. Classic would not even consider a new battery. "It is because of the cold weather. Car batteries do that when it gets cold."

I have zero complaints. Everyone there is nice. It's a nice dealership. I'll continue to get my car serviced here in the future.
