carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreNot happy. The carpet was wet for 24 hours. I called because of an ink stain person on phone said she could get it out. Saw no change in the spot, really don't think the contractor spent any time on it. I have since been able to get more of ink out using home products. Contractor left the wooden floor at the bottom of steps wet with a product that left a wet film on floor. also there were still general spots on the carpet that I have been able to remove on my own.
Description of Work: Called company about the ink spot on carpet. Person on the phone assured me they should be able to get it out or at least make it less noticable difference. Person came sprayed solution on bedroom floor, steps and hall. He was here about 45 min. Left floor wet and told me there were spots he could not take out. Did not see ther wet solution on wooden floor till he left
