Carpet Cleaning
Not happy. The carpet was wet for 24 hours. I called because of an ink stain person on phone said she could get it out. Saw no change in the spot, really don't think the contractor spent any time on it. I have since been able to get more of ink out using home products. Contractor left the wooden floor at the bottom of steps wet with a product that left a wet film on floor. also there were still general spots on the carpet that I have been able to remove on my own.
