Very labor intensive with multiple vacuuming, cleaning, touch-up, etc. Unfortunately with multiple indoor pets, there will always be some pet smell.

They are very good. My neighbor had them too a couple of days ago and was very pleased. They just did the walking area, they didn't move furniture because I did not need that. They were very good. I would high recommend them, they used a product that cleans well and dries quickly, steam cleaning rather than water. I have always been pleased with chem dry products.

I think they were reasonable on price. They were very good at what they did. They soaked the carpet in chemicals and it dries a lot quicker than other services.

f it up. I have 2 more cleanings under the plan but I am not sure if I will use them. I would rather pay and have it done correctly. I was very disappointed in the quality of work that was done.

The person came on time, cleaned the carpet - did not vacuum before as they normally do. The carpet did dry by the end of the day, but after a day or so the spots returned. I'm just not happy with Chem Dry any more. Will try someone else for next cleaning.

We liked the fact that the carpet did not get real wet. They did more of a dry-cleaning to the carpet. They did a really good job.

After getting lost getting to my house, the gentleman showed up, apologized and got straight to work. I had already picked up as much as possible off the floor to make his job easier, and he appreciated that. His equipment wasn't loud and there was no odor left afterward. The carpets were damp to the touch afterward, but they dried in less than 2 hours. That's a lot less than previous carpet cleaning services I've used. He was able to work all the stains out of the carpet, which I was very happy with, considering we have a dog who tracks in a lot of dirt. He left the carpets looking new and even noticed that we qualified for a military discount, so he discounted the total price. I would definitely recommend him to my friends in the area.
