We have used this clinic for 15 years. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and showed compassion when our pets have been ill. I would highly recommend them.

He's reliable and we have been taking our animals there for 30 years. He's isn't the cheapest, but they do a great job.

They cleaned his ears (both) with a good cleaning solution, and put Dakota on antibiotics. Dakota recovered within a week. Good work doctors!

I think his procedures cost a minimum of $400 and this was really expensive for us. He had to go twice to the doctor and stay overnight and be anesthetized. He is an older cat so it was really stressful for him. I was not happy with the price and it seemed like they chose to do the most expensive procedures and keep him overnight when he could have come home earlier to avoid the overnight fee and the stress of being away from home. I would rather not return to Cheatham, but he is a competent vet, and kitty got better... but the price just was too much for us and I had the suspicion that he could have done cheaper things and had the same results. Of course, I am not a vet, but I just left feeling a bit cheated. However, they did allow me to pay over two months which is really decent. I didn't have to use my credit card and rack up interest charges, so this was a really decent thing to do. Likewise, he is a good vet... just I prefer mine.

I called the office at 8am the Monday morning after adopting Lexi, and they answered and said I could drop her off anytime in the morning and come back and get her on my lunch break. I got to their office around 9am, filled out some paperwork, and then she was in their hands. I felt absolutely fine handing over my pet to their care. They seemed very capable and professional and proved me right when I came back to get Lexi later. Dr. Cheatham sat down with Lexi in the room, and explained to me what he found from the physical exam, what he was doing about the tapeworms, and went over general puppy care with me. I felt like he very much knew what he was talking about, and will definitely be taking all of his advice.

I have known Dr. Cheatham for about 25 years. He is very well priced and very thorough in his work. I find the staff to be very courteous and polite every time I take my dogs in to see them. They always make a follow up call after your visit to make sure everything is going well.
