Great! Completed work as advertised.

Horribly. They installed the attic distribution box with no duct connecting to it inside the chase. Therefore the heated or cooled air was flowing into the spaces between the walls of my home rather than through the system. They failed to insulate the ductwork properly. Also the HVAC unit was installed on a slant causing water not to drain properly from around the coils. These things have caused a terrible humidity/moisture problem with water dripping from vents, mold and mildew, and damaged ceilings. They have refused to repair either the faulty work or the damage it has caused.

Our experience with Carolina Comfort has been exceptional. We just purchased a new 3.5 ton unit to replace an old worn out system, from start to finish all of our expectations were met. The sales, engineering, installation and service crews all worked as a team and provided a professional installation experience. All commitments were met on time, and the lines of communications was courteous, responsive, and professional. In addition to the great service, the cost of the overall system was very competitive.

Excellent-I got a call from a young awesome lady at carolina comfort  1:24pm by 1:44pm Technician Zach arrived. He was professional with a great attitude about his mission.  Zach took the time to explain what he was going to do and why. Once complete He made sure he covered the HVAC Service Order with my signature explaining in detail what had been done and why also the benefits to doing the service plan. Thanks Zach for your awesome attitude especially with the heat. Also carolina Comfort you guys are awesome. Oh by the way he was done by 2:35pm and on to the next customer. I will continue to have you guys provide the services for my HAVC in the future. Thanks G.Chandler

They show up on time, are neat and clean, and are very respective of our property.  The technician knows what he is doing, both inside and outside.   The inspection included changing the filter, flushing the drain, washing the coils, and checking all components.  We were also advised of any possible issues in the future.  They provide a complete written report at the end of the inspection.

Came right out on a Friday.  Investigated and found the problem.  The tech explained the problem very well and fixed it.  We have used Carolina Comfort for several years at our current house and for several years at our old house.  We think they are a very HONEST and reliable company.  If we ever need new units (in this house or any other) we would definitely use them.

Contacted them on Friday, someone came out on Saturday, installed on Monday!  System had a couple issues which were resolved immediately & very professionally handled.  Have used these guys for years.  The BEST service and competitive prices.

I have used Carolina Comfort since 2005.  i trust them .  I have my twice yearly service contract with them.  They always responsive and punctual.  
They also installed air conditioner and duct work in both of my homes.

Great. They were prompt, had it done in a day (originally predicted two). Cleaned up every thing. Works great. Very polite. Highly recommend them.

There were some issues that were resolved to my satisfaction.

I received quotes from 6 different companies on a new spit unit electric heat pump. Carolina Comfort had the best price (a Heil unit) for comparable units with comparable SEERS. Installation was professional and very fast. I needed to have the installers return to add another register after the unit was installed and I noticed one room was still too warm. That wasn't a problem and the installation people returned promptly to complete the job. Darron also supplied me with a Certificate of Performance for my energy tax credit (without me having to ask for it). I recommended them to a co-worker who was also very pleased with their price and the unit. The estimate was very clear and provided me with many options. Excellent service and product. I will use them for my yearly maintenance service too.
