It went very well. They were on time and very professional. The quality of carpet cleaning was very good. Some places make a mess with the water sometimes or want to use your own tub! I am not having that. This place is in a van and all the equipment complete with the water and they used a enzyme cleaner due to my animals and them making messes all over the house.

They offered their solution that they used for small spots. They were very professional and my carpet looked like new!

There were a couple of stains on my carpet upstairs which they thought they got out but they did not, other than that everything else was great. They did a good job.
