Do not use Carolina’sTub Doctor. They repaired a crack in the bottom of our fiberglass tub. The finish wasn’t smooth and looked shoddy. 6 months later the crack is back. They will not warranty their repair work. I wasted $450 for a repair that wasn’t done correctly.

DO NOT USE. Initial communication was fast and great; however, similarly to other reviews, extremely shoddy workmanship and no response to over a month of emails, calls and texts. The surrounding wall was damaged causing multiple hundreds in repairs, and the actual finish is sharp and jagged. DO NOT USE.

He showed up on time and was very nice. Unfortunately the work was less than stellar. He got the epoxy mix on the drain and the overall appearance is sloppy. I am afraid that the way the repair was completed will make it difficult to change the drain if needed in the future. Expected better quality for $150.00. Could have done similar job myself for fraction of cost.

I have used them 3 times now. I have also used them to refinish 2 bathtubs as well. They do a great job. We you compare the cost of replacing an entire bathtub, they are extremely inexpensive.

He called on the way to confirm the time. Was very professional, knew what he was doing. Process took 3-4 hours. Finished result looks immaculate. Nice job.
