Piano Tuning
He is an absolute pro. and very personable. My piano is used and there were some problems with it. He had all the tools and materials with him that he needed to do the work. He repaired and tuned it.

Piano Tuning
We did have to call several times and leave messages. Then he would call us and leave messages. We ended up picking a time once, but that didn't pan out in the end due to a unexpected event we needed to deal with. Maybe next time...

I think he is a master craftsman and is very capable. He understands the differences between different quality, types and sound of pianos. He is excellent at what he does.
