I took my car in for service. I purchased my last two vehicles there and have gone there for the major services. My car was there for about five hours and was done on time and at estimate. They have always done a good job for me, Trent was my service advisor and called me to keep me up to date with the service. It was done on time. My only problem is that their location is almost 40 minutes away from my home and office

It went great. I never felt pressured, and from researching for HOURS on the internet, I knew that I was getting a fair deal. There was no need to haggle, as I had already done research with consumer reports and USAA (insurance company) so I knew that the price was fair. They did not have the color and options I wanted on the lot, but the salesman took down what I wanted (color, leather, etc.) and the very next day called me to say they had the exact car I wanted shipped from a dealer (out of state) and it was now on the lot. It was exactly what I wanted. The facility itself is new, clean, well laid out. The sales staff are professional and don't act "hungry." They treat you with respect and are very knowledgable about the vehicles they sell and service.
